By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing or enrolling in any Service — including The High-Stakes Protocol™, The Punchline Protocol™, High-Stakes Certified™, any Workshop track, or a speaking or consulting engagement — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site or the Services.

1. Eligibility

This Site and the Services are offered to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted means you accept and agree to the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

3. Accessing the Site and Account Security

We may withdraw, suspend, or amend the Site or any Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including access to course content or downloadable materials. We are not liable if the Site or any Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to disable any account, at any time, in our sole discretion, including for a violation of these Terms.

All information you provide when registering or purchasing is governed by our Privacy Policy ([INSERT LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY]), and by using the Site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

4. Purchases and Payment

Certain Services — including courses, workshops, and High-Stakes Certified™ enrollment — require payment of a one-time fee (“Purchases”). Purchases and payment processing are handled through Wix.com and Podia.com, third-party platforms, and are also subject to those platforms' own terms and payment policies.

Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or enrollment, including where we suspect error, fraud, or an unauthorized transaction.

5. Educational, Coaching, and Training Disclaimer

The High-Stakes Protocol™, The Punchline Protocol™, all Workshops, and speaking and consulting engagements are educational and skills-training content grounded in business strategy, communication, improvisation, and cognitive-behavioral techniques for performance under pressure. They are not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

Results from participating in any Service — including changes in confidence, communication, career, or business outcomes — depend on individual effort, circumstances, and application, and are not guaranteed. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples referenced on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for you.

6. High-Stakes Certified™ Program

[CONFIRM: is High-Stakes Certified™ an accredited or licensed credential, or a proprietary certificate of completion issued solely by Company?] Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of the High-Stakes Certified™ program confers a proprietary credential issued by Company only, is not an accredited academic or professional license, and does not guarantee employment, client engagements, or business outcomes for the certified individual. Use of the “High-Stakes Certified™” mark or designation by a program graduate is subject to any usage guidelines Company provides separately and may be revoked for misuse or misrepresentation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its officers, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this site or Leah Corrigan's coaching, consulting, training, or related services (“Services”) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us in writing and allowing 30 days for a good-faith resolution process.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that the dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their applicable consumer/commercial rules, and administered in Sacramento County, California. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this agreement, including any claim that all or part of this agreement is void or voidable.

No Class Actions

You agree that arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an action in court for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or proprietary rights. These actions may be filed in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16. Time Limit to Bring Claims

ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ARISES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
